Yogurt (Your Favorite)
Granola, Crushed almonds, Chocolate Chips or Crushed crackers
You’ll need a popsicle style silverware or popsicle sticks to insert the bananas. Peel the bananas, cut the bananas in half and place the popsicle sticks through the banana.
Now, place the granola on a plate. Dip the bananas into the yogurt, then roll them into the granola. Place them on a waxed tray and freeze. If you decide not to eat them immediately, keep them in the freezer.
Some kids don’t like granola, so you could try replacing it with coconut shreds, brown sugar, and crushed almonds, raisins or chocolate shreds.
You can also try this recipe with different fruits. Most importantly, though, don’t cover them completely in chocolate, that defeats the purpose of the dish.

This simple and conventional breakfast choice can be improved, and you can make it more attractive for your kids. You can make little faces with different healthy veggies, and let your kids play with them if you allow that at home of course. My little niece loves it and always end up eating everything.
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 small Cucumber
Cut the cucumber into rolls. Cut the tomato in juliennes. Save them.
Now, split the bagels in half and toast them. Spread the cream cheese over it. Use the saved veggies to make a smiley face on your bagels. The cucumber rolls to form eyes and the tomatoes to make a happy mouth.

2 Slices Rye Bread or Whole Wheat Bread
1 Cup plain yogurt
2 1/2 Tablespoons butter softened
1 Cup of Berries
Salt and Pepper
2 Tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted (optional)
Spread half the butter across the slices of bread. Cut a hole in the middle of the slices, you can use a drinking glass or a large cookie cutter. Save the middle pieces you cut.
Then, heat the remaining half of the butter in a skillet at medium heat. Place the both pieces of bread, the cutouts and the remaining on the skillet. After this, crack an egg into each of the holes left on the bread slices. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
Cook until the bread is golden brown underneath, this will take less than five minutes. Flip gently and cook for another 2 or 3 minutes.
On the side, take two small bowls and add the yogurt, spread the berries on top and use them also to decorate your plate and chopped almonds.

Including nuts and seeds into a list of Breakfast ideas for kids it’s a task on itself. Therefore, this is an awesome way to get children to eat oats and different seeds. These bars are filling and ridiculously healthy, because of all the nutrients they have.
1½ cups oats
¼ cup Chia seeds
1 cup of any natural Nut Butter
½ cup chopped Cashews
¼ cup Sunflower seeds
½ cup chopped Almonds
¼ cup Sesame seeds
½ cup of Aguamiel/Agave nectar
¼ cup Pumpkin seeds
½ cup vegan Chocolate chips
Get a baking dish and cover it with parchment paper. In a bowl mix the seeds, oats, and nuts. Add the nectar or syrup and mix well. Add the nut butter you’ve decided to use, mix and combine thoroughly.
Take the mix and spread it across the baking dish or whatever implement you’re using. You can either leave it overnight or put in the freezer for an hour. I’ve tried both ways and they work perfectly fine.
After that, remove the entire block from the baking dish and cut into bars, you choose the sizes.
When you store the bars, keep them in the freezer and put pieces of parchment paper to stop them from sticking together.

It’s difficult to get kids to eat vegetables. So usually we have to resort to masking it with other flavors. But we have to be careful we don’t fall into an unhealthy dish when looking for breakfast ideas for kids.
These eggs are tasty, healthy and are hiding chives in them 😀
1 tablespoon Butter
1 ½ tablespoons Almond Milk
½ teaspoon Salt and Pepper
1 cup diced cooked ham
1 cup shredded Cheddar or any cheese you desire
1/3 cup chopped fresh chives
Take a skillet and heat the butter on medium heat. Add the ham and let it cook until it turns light brown. Save it.
On a bowl start whisking the eggs together with the ham, the salt and pepper.
On the same skillet, add more butter if you think it’s necessary to prevent it from sticking, add the whisked eggs and cook. Stir as much as you want for about 2 minutes and add the cheese and chives. Stir for another minute and you’re done.
These is a classic already loved by all. And kids sure love it. But most importantly, it’s all in the way present it to them and try to include some fruit in there.
The kind of bread you use it’s also important. Because it determines health value. I normally use rye bread, but whole wheat or any other works fine too.
I use organic honey too.
2 slices of bread
2 Tablespoon vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup berries
1 ½ tablespoon organic honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons butter
Whisk the egg together with the milk, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract and save it.
Separately whisk the rest of the vanilla and the honey.
Heat a pan on medium heat and add the butter.
When the butter has melted, dip the bread the mixture containing the egg and milk. Place carefully in the pan.
Leave until it turns golden brown and flip, cook the same way on the other side. Do the exact same procedure with the other slice.
Add the honey and vanilla mixture on top and place the berries or strawberries on the side. Your kids will love it. And you too 😀

Start heating up a pan. Add the oil or spray the pan. Add chopped peppers cook for 2 minutes and remove them.
In a bowl whisk the eggs together with the milk. Cook on the same pan, but don’t scramble them, let them cook until it turns golden and flip it carefully and cook until it turns golden.
Take your tortillas, place half the cooked egg you just made on each tortilla, add the cooked peppers on both and roll them up. If the egg is thin enough it should roll fine and stay put. Enjoy 😀

Slice your banana lengthwise. Mix almond or peanut butter with the honey or maple syrup, spread it across the inside of the sliced bananas. Add the toppings you want and you’re good to go.
I love Quinoa, since I learned how to cook it lol. I love putting it on anything. But making quinoa into some breakfast ideas for kids takes ingenuity.
These no bake bars are good for breakfast or as a snack. The only thing is that they take a bit to be ready, so you might want to try making them the day before.
1 ½ Cups of Granola
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1 cup of cooked quinoa
¼ teaspoon of salt
1 cup of chopped almonds
¼ cup of honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Take a bowl, mix the cooked quinoa, granola, almonds and salt. Fold in chocolate chips and or pomegranate seeds.
On a different bowl combine the honey, coconut oil and vanilla extract. Place this in the microwave for 50 seconds. Let it cool a bit and add it to dry ingredients you mixed earlier, make sure they are combined well . You can add more honey, if you think it’s too dry still, just don’t make it too moist.
Prepare a pan or baking dish with parchment paper. Add the mixture into the pan. Make sure is flat. After this, put it in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Take them out of the pan and cut them in however many pieces you want.
If want to save them, do so on the freezer and add parchment paper between them to keep from sticking.

1 Sliced Pear
1/3 Cup Cherries or Blueberries

Take two small bowls divide the yogurt evenly in the bowls. Add the pear, cherries or blueberries and the almonds. Top with the honey or maple syrup.
